Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Booking and Payment:Clients must confirm bookings with a non-refundable deposit.Full payment must be made prior to the event date.Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during the event.

2. Event Details:Clients must provide accurate event details, including date, time, and location.Any changes to the event details must be communicated to the photo booth business at least 48 hours prior to the event.

3. Access and Setup:Clients must ensure the venue provides adequate space and access for the photo booth setup.The photo booth business will require access to power outlets and a stable surface for setup.

4. Operation and Usage:The photo booth will be operated by trained staff provided by the photo booth business.Clients and guests must use the photo booth equipment responsibly and adhere to any usage instructions provided.

5. Props and Materials:Clients and guests are responsible for handling props and materials provided by the photo booth business with care.Any damage or loss of props and materials will be the responsibility of the client, and replacement costs may apply.

6. Privacy and Consent:The photo booth business may capture and store images and data from the event for promotional purposes.Clients and guests consent to the use of their images and data for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Liability and Indemnity:The photo booth business is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of its equipment or services.Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the photo booth business from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.

8. Cancellation and Refunds:Cancellations made by the client less than 30 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date.

9. Force Majeure:The photo booth business is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law:These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising from them shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

By booking our services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of services without refund.
